Age 72, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023,  originally of N. Braddock. Beloved husband of Li Mayer; and beloved father of Jonathan, Roddy, and David Mayer.

Bill worked for Lockheed Martin as an engineer for over 20 years, he was a good leader with integrity and he was trustworthy. He retired at the age of 62. He liked to help people. He was humble and gentle in the eyes of his family and friends. Bill was a music lover, he enjoyed photography, and traveling. He visited France, Germany, Singapore and the UAE. He lived nearly 11 years in China with his wife and son, Jonathan.

A US Air Force veteran. Interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA. on WEDNESDAY, February 1, 2023, at 1:30 pm, with full military honors.
