Walter J. Bartman,  age 91, lifelong resident of Arlington Heights, on May 28, 2022.

Preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Marion.

Very loving father of Walter, II and Jenny (Bob) Zilionis.

Beloved Pap of Matthew and Rachel Zilionis.

Also beloved Uncle Walt to many nieces and nephews.

Walt was a retired printer from R.R. Donnelley.   He served in the US Army.   Walt was known for his easy going and agreeable disposition.  The many medical professionals he encountered along this journey always said “we need more Walt's in this world”.  He said his secret to longevity was “drinking city water”.   His homemade chicken noodle soup and excellent gravy will be fondly remembered.
