"In Loving Memory of Robert Brian Hunt.... Robert Brian Hunt, affectionately known as B, Born on August 19, 1958, & passed away peacefully on June 18, 2024. Brian's journey began in the vibrant neighborhood of Beltzhoover. He graduated from South Hills High School. After High school Brian married Debra Hunt. Brian went on to serve his country with honor and dedication in the United States Army.   As a Sergeant and a Wheel Vehicle Repair Specialist, Brian's service was marked by excellence and commitment. His valor and proficiency were acknowledged through numerous accolades, including the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, and the Army Good Conduct Medal, among others. Brian's unwavering dedication to his duty exemplified his strength of character and selfless service.  After retiring from the military, Brian embarked on a new chapter in his life, serving as a manager for housekeeping and a water management specialist at the VA Hospital. His versatility and skills knew no bounds as he delved into various trades, including carpentry, where his craftsmanship shone brightly.  Brian met his beloved wife Nicole. Together, they shared a bond that was unbreakable, and their love story was one of unwavering devotion and companionship.  Beyond his professional achievements, Brian was a gifted artist and musician. His creative spirit found expression in intricate wall paintings and unique metal art crafted from discarded materials. His passion for music led him to the bass guitar, where his soulful melodies resonated with all who had the pleasure of listening.  In his leisure time, Brian enjoyed watching sports, football, particularly drag racing, and Formula 1.  
Brian will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched. His legacy of love, resilience, and creativity will continue to inspire generations to come.  
Brian is preceeded in death by his father; Robert H Hunt, granddaughter; Trinity Edmunds.  Brian is survived by his mother Gloria Hunt; his devoted wife Nicole Roach Hunt; His sons, Robert Hunt Jr, Roman Edmunds,  and  Anthony Hunt; stepsons, Eric & Alaric;  stepdaughters, Jerriesha & Lynda; 9 grand kids, SaNiah Edmonds, Jahnayah, Essence, Serenity, Nalah, Tyliah, David, Delilah, Melody and Lyric; siblings, Patricia Hunt, John Hunt (Chelsea), and Barbara Hunt (Barry); one neice, Rashawna thomas; and 2 nephews, Mekhi & Julian.   
In this time of sorrow, may we find solace in the memories we shared with Brian and the legacy of love and dedication he leaves behind. Rest in peace, dear Brian, your spirit will forever shine bright in our hearts.

 Visitation will be MONDAY, July 1, 2024 from 10:30 - 12 noon at TIMOTHY K. SLATER Funeral Services, Inc. (412-381-3337) 425 Brownsville Road, Mt. Oliver, 15210, where a Homegoing will be held at 12 noon. Interment following with military honors at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 2 pm.
