"Irwin, PA -- Richard Impellizzeri, formerly of Copiague, Long Island, New York, where he was born in Corona, NY on August 4th, 1950, until April 26, 2026.
Beloved husband of Roseanne Pagliarulo Impellizzeri of forty seven years. Cherished son of the late Frank Impellizzeri & the late Anna Motto Impellizzeri, both formerly of New York.
Devoted father of David (Meghan) Impellizzeri, Jonathan (Tharina) Impellizzeri, Nathan (Lindsay) Impellizzeri and Angela (Anthony) Scampone.
Dearest grandfather to 15 grandchildren, Micah and Gabriella; Giovanni, Lucio, Nico, Kyria, Milo; Lucy, Julian and Henry Impellizzeri. Anthony, Enzo, Matteo, Alessio and Adalina Scampone.
Loving brother to Frank Impellizzeri and Joseph Impellizzeri both of Long Island, New York.
Richard was a retired Assembly of God pastor, a 1975 graduate of Evangel College, Springfield, MO with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. He served at the following as: Associate/Youth Pastor 1979-1984 at Full Gospel Christian Church on Long Island, New York, as Senior Pastor at First Assembly of God, Hollywood, Florida, 1984-1996 and First Assembly of God, Greenwood, South Carolina 1996-2005. He was a man devoted to prayer. He loved the Word of God and lived it. His hobbies included playing the guitar, softball, bowling and tennis. He loved to read a variety of books and was a dedicated NY Yankee fan all of his life. He also had a great love for music, especially worship music. Richard wrote songs for his grandchildren while he was able and one very special song to his beloved wife, “My Roseanne.” He treasured his wife, his children, their spouses and his grandchildren. He considered it an honor to be a member of Faith Bible Baptist Church, Wilkins Township and considered it a privilege to be a part of such an extraordinary church family. They were a great source of joy, support and strength."

A "Celebration of Life" service will be held at the Faith Bible Baptist Church,150 Curry Avenue, Turtle Creek, PA 15145, this Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 2 p.m.
If desired, donations in Richard's memory can be made to the church.
