HUNTER
Patricia "Patty" A.
Patricia Ann Hunter, age 67 of Knoxville, passed away on June 8, 2024.
She is remembered and loved by her family and will be in our hearts and minds forever.
She was born in Pittsburgh on September 17, 1956, the youngest of four children of Robert and Eleanor (Henke) Woods.
Patty was a blessing given to our family, gifting us with her selfless love, compassion, kindness, and sense of humor. She was uplifting and brave, always there for us whenever we needed advice or her joyfulness and love.
Patty was an inspiration to her family. Her steadfast will and commitment to her family during her long fight gave us hope and much loved time with her. She loved life, and we were eternally grateful to share it with her. She was an animal lover; she loved her dogs and
cats.
Patty's faith in God was her bedrock; Jesus blessed her final moments with peace.
Patty is survived by her loving husband Kenneth Hunter Sr and her four loving children, Eric (Linda) Woods, Christopher (Julie) Trout, Samantha (Max) Turner, and Kenneth (Audrey) Hunter Jr. She was steadfastly dedicated to her family, and will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Lance, Camaro, Abigail, Calliope, Caiden, Crixus, Cylas, Bridget, and Cori. She is survived by her beloved sister and best friend Eleanor (late Peter) Van Mastrigt, Robert (Elaine) Woods, and Ronald (Leslie) Woods. Also survived by numerous, loving nieces,
nephews, and friends.
She was loved and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.
In keeping with the deceased wishes, no services are being held.
