Age 35, Oleksii “Alex” Raichenko was the beloved husband of Alyona Raichenko; dearest son of his father Mihail Raichenko and loving memory of his late mother Irina Raichenko; cherished grandson of Tamara Fedorovna Raichenko and late Oleg Efimovich Raichenko, late Anatolii Nikolaevskii and his wife; esteemed brother of Denis (Sveta) Raichenko; kind-hearted nephew of Dima Raichenko; loved son-in-law of Tanya Pylypenko; and tender cat-father to Masyana and Barsya.
Oleksii enjoyed his youth with his grandparents Tamara and Oleg. He studied very well at school, and at University. While at University he followed in his father’s footsteps by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Engineering in Transformers Technology. Oleksii was successful in his career from the beginning, as he got a job in a Ukrainian transformer’s technology factory where he was a highly-qualified engineer. This led to a job in the United States, where he relocated with his wife Alyona.
He and Alyona fell in love with each other at first sight when they met at a Berdyansk beach in 2010. Alex was a shy, genius, smart, and very handsome man. He was funny and would catch you off guard with a joke when you least expected. Oleksii was generous, kind, and put his wife, friends, family, and coworkers first anytime they needed him. He was not fair just to himself because he was selfless. In loving his wife and caring for relatives, Oleksii will always remain in our hearts forever.
We love you Alex, so, so much!
