Karen "K-Dubz" Elizabeth (Crawford) Vancobb

Ms. Karen Elizabeth VanCobb, "K-Dubz", was born to Charles and Dolores Crawford on, January 12,1958 in Flint, Michigan.

Karen graduated from Flint Northern High School, University Of Michigan, and Mott Community College of Flint, Michigan.  Karen dedicated over 20 years to the Beecher Community School District in Mount Morris, MI. With all of her accomplishments, she was more than an educator. She played the role of family advocate, sister, mother, aunt, and friend to the families and students she came across. For over a decade, Karen worked for UPMC in Pittsburgh, PA. Swiftly rising to the top and becoming a leader, she earned multiple certificates and achievements. She was proud of the work she did there. She made lasting friendships with her coworkers, Jason and Robin, and especially her supervisor and friend, Maureen.

Karen leaves to cherish her memory: 1 sister, Valerie (Rick) Harover, of Ohio, special aunt, Betty Crawford, of Florida, 4 sons, Mr. Alex Zhander of Germany, Mr. Deonte (Victoria) Sanders, of Tennessee, Mr Thomas (Ashley) Garner, of Mississippi, and her "Baby Dawg", Timothy (Jasmine Taylor) Ferguson,Sr., of Georgia. 2 daughters, Diana Ferguson, Michigan, Mrs. Markeda (Robert) Schatzman, Pennsylvania; 17 grandchildren, Jalen, DaVonta, Yasmeen, Aaliyah, Thomas III, TaLea, Kadin, Kane, Corey, Austin, Layla, Timothy, Jr., Jamari, Amiyah, Amelia, Marquis, and Raegan. 3 bonus daughters Brandy Gooch, Sarah and Rachel Houston, as well as a host of bonus children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Brandon, Stephen, Jayden, Jaren and special cousin, Rebecca Steckly.

Karen was proceeded in death by her parents, Charles and Dolores Crawford, grandmother, LaVada Crawford, brother, John Crawford, Gregory Ferguson, Sr., son Donte Sanders, granddaughter Jaida Kemp, and best friend, Ramona Mazda.

She will be dearly missed by us all.
