On Wednesday, December 29th, 2021 John Franklin “Moose” Wagner, passed away peacefully at the age of 77 in Paris, PA.

Moose was born on May 23rd, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA. Son of the late John and Isabel Wagner of Pittsburgh.

Moose is survived by his son Michael, his grandson Michael, his granddaughters Maegan and Morgan, and great grandson D’Angelo.

Moose was a legend and loved throughout the Mount Oliver borough, where he spent many years of his life in public service. He worked with PA Emergency Management, the Mt Oliver VFW, the Mt Oliver Hook & Ladder, and the Mt Oliver Borough Council. A life long outdoorsman, he maintained a passion for hunting and fishing. He leaves behind his loving family, and his dog, Misty.
