On Monday, November 5, 2018, he was escorted by an angel into the presence of Jesus.

Devoted husband of Joan (Crawford);

loving and caring father of Jessica (Matthew) Duncan, and Kristen;

brother of Chris (Jay) Johnson.

Known in his youth for his speed and athleticism; known now for his love of God's Word and prayers for those in need.

On September 14, was blessed with God's gift of a grandson, Samuel John Duncan.

Friends received Saturday 10 - 11 a.m. at the SOUTH HILLS ASSEMBLY OF GOD, 2725 Bethel Church Road, Bethel Park, PA  15102, where a service will be held at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions may be made in Jack's honor to an education fund for Samuel in c/o Matthew Duncan, 3800 Embassy Parkway, Suite 300, Akron, OH 44333..
