"On Saturday, May 2, 2026, Jeanann Nolla, 87 years old of Arlington, passed away peacefully with her loving daughter, Sandra Nolla, by her side. Born February 27, 1939, daughter of Andrew Wank and Jean Wank (Fitzwilliams). We are heartbroken, but happy to know that she was welcomed to the Kingdom of Heaven by the love of her life, her husband Richard P. Nolla, Sr., her loving son Richard P. Nolla, Jr., and baby Patrick Nolla, who no doubt were waiting with open arms. Also preceded in death by her brothers Richard and Donald Wank. She leaves behind three grandchildren, Nicole Nolla, Anthony (Angela) Nolla, and Chelsea Nolla. Seven great-grandchildren who brought her much joy, Gabriel Schwerer, Maximus Schwerer, Anthony Nolla, Jr., Taliyah Nolla, RaMarlo Crawley, Rocco Crawley, and Oliver Nolla. Jeanann will be missed by many devoted nieces and nephews who she treated as her own, countless friends, extended family, and neighbors.
She was a caregiver and friend to all who knew her, and there’s nothing she wouldn’t do to help those she loved and even strangers in need. A devoted Catholic and true Christian, Jeanann attended mass without fail. Her compassion and kindness were contagious and spread to anyone she knew. Her loss will be felt eternally."
Friends received THURSDAY, May 7, 2026, from 4 pm - 7:30 pm at TIMOTHY K. SLATER Funeral Services, Inc. (412-381-3337) 425 Brownsville Road, Mt. Oliver, 15210, where a special time of remembrance will take place at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Blessed Trinity Parish FRIDAY at 10:30 am.
