Beloved wife of John P. , Sr.; beloved mother of Jeffrey (Debbie), Brittney, and the late John, Jr.; beloved grandmother of Jennifer (Tim), JJ, Megan (Nick), Jeff, Jr. (Sarah), and Zachary (Mary Ann); beloved great-grandmother of Jordan, Dylan, Ryley, Landon, Lucas, Layton, Mathew, Lilian, and Abigail; beloved sister of Anna Vogel.
"Aunt Jean is my mom Sally’s sister. She has always been a big part of my life. The number one thing about Aunt Jean was she was always ready for an adventure with our family. When everyone else passed out on driving trips, Aunt Jean would be awake and she was my navigator. She helped me look for exits and signs and we would have the best talks. Sharon and Jean were always up to no good, laughing, shopping and always having a good time building puzzles, listening to music, cooking. She was a sister to Sharon’s mom, Bonnie. They enjoyed their mornings together when we traveled. Our sons held Aunt Jean in Grandma status. Ryan and Adam would guide her through the crowds at Disney and have never let her get lost. Nick and Daniel watched over her at the resorts. As she got older Hailey and Hunter were her drivers. They drove her motorchairs for her. You could hear them laughing the entire time. She absolutely loved being with these kids.
They got her to zip line across lakes, drive speedboats, snorkel in the ocean, swim with dolphins, swim with sharks, deep sea fishing, there wasn’t a roller coaster she wouldn’t ride with them, she fed manatees, penguins, stingrays, dolphins, went crabbing, horseback riding, shooting, skiing. Her favorites were exploring Las Vegas, the casinos, the Grand Canyon, Disney California and Disneyland in California, the Hoover Dam, Roy Rogers Museum, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, Dollywood, jumping off a mountain into a swimming hole in Tennessee, Elvis Presley’s Home, going to all the Elvis shows, line dancing in Memphis, playing Bingo in all these places, parasailing in Myrtle Beach, SC, Virginia Beach, canoeing with Ryan and Dayna in the caves of Kentucky, Smoky Mountains, the Indian Reservations in Branson, Mo, Disney World in Orlando, Miami, the Florida Keys, endless waterparks and ride parks. These are just a few of the things we did together.
There wasn’t a anything she wouldn’t try when she was with us. She gained an average of 15 lbs. each trip. Uncle John said she would sleep all day for 2 weeks to recover from the fun she had.
We already have a void that can never be filled. We miss her already. We love her so much and we were deeply blessed by having her in our lives. Watch over us, Aunt Jean, you will be with us forever. Rick, Sharon, Ryan, Adam, Nicholas, Daniel, Hailey, Hunter, Little Ricky Zeronis."
Will be dearly missed by her family, relatives, and friends.
