Huyen Do of Pleasant Hills peacefully passed away on Saturday March 1, 2025 at the age of 70.
She was a devoted wife, a loving mother of three, and a cherished grandmother to six.
Huyen was thankful to have lived the life she was given, the opportunities that were presented before her, and the people who helped her and her family along the way. She often expressed that it was ultimately God who paved the way. She immigrated to this country with her husband and two children after the Vietnam War. It was the church, Pleasant Hills Presbyterian and its saints that sponsored, helped and showed hope in tangible ways; displaying a hope that is only found in Christ.
A private service will be held with immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to Pleasant Hills Church, as a tribute to the faith and community that meant so much to her.
"But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
