Diane Marie
In Celebration of Life of Diane Kilbert....
Diane Marie (Haid) Kilbert, 65, of Pittsburgh, passed away on April 28, 2022.
Diane will be remembered and celebrated by her family and friends for her love of her children and grandchild, love for her husband Norman Kilbert of 45 years, her darling pets, faith, and love of gardening. All who were blessed to know Diane enjoyed her banter and generosity.
Diane was born in Pittsburgh to Mary Jane and Sylvester John Haid on November 2, 1956. She married Norman Kilbert on April 30th, 1977, in Pittsburgh, PA. Diane and Norman enjoyed many loving years together as companions, parents, and life partners. They made each other stronger and blessed all with a real-life example of true love.
Diane is survived by her beloved husband Norman; and was a loving mother to Jennifer Lisbon (partner Matt) and Michael Kilbert (spouse Jessica). She doted on her dear grandchild, Isabella, of whom she referred to her grandma kind-heartedly as "Nene." Diane was the beloved sister of Judy Conley (spouse Kevin), Sharon Benedik (spouse Mike), and the late Sylvester "Westy" Haid, Jr. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family, including nephews Matt, Luke, and Jake Benedik & nieces Brittany Carilli (spouse Wyatt) and Kaelyn Neil (spouse Andrew).
“Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.” John 11:25-26 (niv)
