It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David.

He was preceded in death by his beloved brothers, Willie James Riley, Curley Riley, and Raymond Riley. He is survived by his loving brothers Daniel Riley and Jacob Riley. Dave will be joining his late ex-wife, Diana Riley, and his cherished wife, Linda Riley. David was a devoted father to his children: Rhonda Riley, David Riley, Jr., and Daveron Riley. He was a proud grandfather to a host of grandchildren, as well as a cherished cousin and friend to many.
.
David attended South High School on the Southside, where he developed a love for baseball, a passion that would carry into his adult years. He dedicated much of his life to hard work, making a lasting impact in the steel mills and later working as a steward for Central Properties.
