On Saturday, November 29, 2020, of Mt. Oliver, the Lord called Bone home. Anthony Lamont Willliams, affectionately known as "Tone Bone", was born January 3, 1975, to Sharon Williams. Bone grew up in the St. Clair Village Community with his family and friends. He Attended South High Vo-Tech High School and he graduated in 1992. While attending South High Vo-Tech, Bone was very active in the high school band, the "South Vo-tech Band" in which he played the trumpet. Bone also played basketball where he received numerous basketball trophies. Amongst some of Bones many achievements, he was a high honor roll student and received honorable awards for his academic successes.
"Let me tell you a little bit about "Bone". He was a laid back dude, real chilled, a provider, a pillar to the community who always gave back. Bone was a loving, caring father who went above and beyond to make sure that his children were well cared for. Bone's accomplishments exceeded everyone's expectations. He had a commercial cleaning company named SCV Commercial Cleaning. Bone was in the process of starting a non-profit organization where he would give away coats, hoodies, and clothing to those who were in need. He was a licensed electrician as well as a licensed HVAC technician. It was a blessing to anyone who knew Bone. He made sure that he helped everyone that came across his path anyway possible giving selflessly of himself."
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth Williams, and great-granddad, William Cunningham. He leaves behind to mourn his mother, Sharon Williams, brother, Charles Williams, his children, son Anthony Lamont Williams, Jr., son Ahnaz Iamone Williams, and daughter, Rae'onna Ny'Rae Williams. Also aunt Mary Williams, uncle Leonard Williams, Uncle Willie Williams. Will also be dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
If you are able to come and pay respects, masks will be required for entry in the the building as friends are being received on WEDNESDAY from 11 am - 1 pm at TIMOTHY K. SLATER Funeral Services, Inc. (412-381-3337) 425 Brownsville Road, Mt. Oliver, 15210 where a funeral prayer will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment following at the Allegheny Cemetery, Lawrenceville.
