Age 31, on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, of South Side Slopes.

Devoted father of Shawn;

cherished son of Jean and Brian; brother of Bryan (Jamie); grandson of Regina.

Will also be missed by former wife, Cyndie, and step-children, Randy, and Rylee, relatives, and friends.

"My dad liked to play video games with me, and go places with me, but most of all he liked helping people, and cheering people up."  (son, Shawn Scalise)

Friends received Sunday 2 - 5 and 6 - 8 at TIMOTHY K. SLATER Funeral Services, Inc. (412-381-3337) 425 Brownsville Road, Mt. Oliver, 15210, where a Celebration of Life service will be held Monday at 10 am.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations can be made in Jake's memory to an established fund to help with final expenses.
